Founded in April 2000, Professional Building Systems, Inc. (PBS) has grown into one of the largest modular manufacturers on the East Coast. Operating two manufacturing facilities within one mile of each other, PBS efficiently utilizes over 300,000 square feet of production space to produce more than 1,000 living units annually.
We specialize in a wide range of modular solutions, including single-family homes—ranch, cape, and two-story designs—as well as multi-family apartments, dormitories, schools, and light commercial structures.
